90-Day Money Back Guarantee We want every family to love Tiny Toofs. If you are not happy for any reason, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order and we will give you a full refund. How to request a refund Email hello@mytinytoofs.com with your order number and a quick note on why it was not right for you. That's it. You do not need to send opened bottles back.

What is covered Your first order of Tiny Toofs, opened or unopened, within 90 days of delivery. The guarantee is limited to one claim per household. Autoship orders You can skip, pause or cancel your autoship anytime in your account, before your next order ships.

If a refill order ships and you did not want it, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. Refund timing Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
